European Union Foreign Affairs Journal LIBERTAS – Europäisches Institut GmbH (European Institute) is a „think-tank” involved mostly with European and international questions on economic, legal and policy science questions which are treated from an interdisciplinary point of view. LIBERTAS was founded in October 1992 as legal successor to the LIBERTAS Publishing Company, which has been active in the market since 1976.
